Koda is an American Pointing Labrador Retriever. He comes from a great pedigree of hunt test / field proven dogs which are bred for waterfowl and upland hunting ! Koda’s versatility and exceptional marking are his greatest assets. From his natural talent finding and pointing upland birds, exceptional marking, willingness to please , and of course love of retrieving. His small frame, at only 60lbs, keeps him quick on his feet with less wear and tear on his joints. Koda spends his down time living indoors with his family of 6 , a cat and 2 other dogs. His impressive ability to relax around the house yet turn up the energy and drive for hunts is exactly what i look for in a hunting partner. Family dog year round but a hunting machine when the time comes.
At 23 months Grand Master Pointing Retriever -GMPR
At 22 months Koda recieved his Advanced a pointing Retriever title -APR
At 21 months Koda went 4/4 in the HRC obtaining his HR title.
At 11 months old Koda passed his Started hunting retriever test with the Hunting Retriever Club and Certified Pointing Retriever test with the American Pointing Labrador Association.
