This beautiful black and white male was born on November 20th and came from a litter of 10 puppies. His price is reduced due to him having a small reducible umbilical hernia. It is soft, not painful, and can be gently pushed back in. Our veterinarian advised that in many cases hernias like this will close on their own as the puppy grows. If it does not, it is typically corrected with a simple procedure later in life. It does not affect his health, temperament, or ability to become an excellent hunting dog or family companion. He is up to date on vaccinations, wormed regularly, and has had his dew claws removed. He will be just shy of a year old when this fall’s hunting season arrives—an ideal age to start introducing him to the field. Arrangements can be made to help get him to you if needed. |
