Our Golden Retriever puppies come from an accomplished sporting and performance bloodline. Their sire has successfully competed and earned placements in AKC Hunt Tests, Fast CAT, Rally, International Conformation events, and other canine sports. Trained with Sunny Skys Retrievers, he earned his AKC Junior Hunter (JH) title in June 2024 and is currently continuing his training toward additional hunting titles. His accomplishments include the CGC (Canine Good Citizen), FIT Dog, BCAT, JH, BN, RA, TKI, and International Champion titles, demonstrating his versatility, intelligence, and trainability.
Beyond his achievements, he is an exceptionally biddable Golden Retriever with a kind, gentle, and affectionate temperament. While he possesses strong working drive and focus in the field, he is first and foremost a cherished family companion. He lives in our home, sleeps in our bedroom on his own dog bed, and eagerly accompanies us through everyday life. He is a pleasure to train, loves going to work with us, and has a natural desire to please.
He is a handsome male with a rich red field coat, a beautiful broad head, and the kind, expressive eyes that are so characteristic of the breed. In the field, he demonstrates outstanding enthusiasm, athleticism, and focus, yet transitions effortlessly into a calm, well-mannered house dog.
The dam is a healthy, athletic sporting female with exceptional genetics, an excellent health history, and the sweet, loving temperament that makes Golden Retrievers such treasured companions. She is intelligent, eager to please, and possesses the gentle nature that we value highly in the breed. She has the classic golden aesthetic with a smaller athletic build.
Together, these parents bring a remarkable combination of intelligence, trainability, athleticism, sound health, and loving dispositions. We anticipate their puppies will excel in a variety of roles, whether as devoted family companions, hunting partners, performance and sporting competitors, therapy prospects, or active adventure companions.
