Schwinns Funky GSP in NE Kansas has combined the best American and German bloodlines including Hillhavens Hustler, Shooting Star, Sharp Shooter, Dixieland, Odyssey and Rawhides Clown. Bred by a small group of friends for the last 30 years to be staunch upland hunters, strong waterfowl retrievers, and calm family pets.
We are excited to announce our upcoming 2026 Zeke & Bailee litter is expected January 14th, 2026! This is just another of the crosses that we have been working towards for the last 30 years.
These pups will be exceptional hunters and outstanding family companions!
Zeke has proven himself as an exceptional and truly versatile hunting dog nearly from birth. With a service dog personality in the house but a field trial dog’s fire in the field and water, he truly is a special GSP. Very strong NATURAL pointing and retrieving instinct. Hunted a minimum of 50 days/year in multiple states on WILD waterfowl and upland birds. 56 lbs. Not force broke to retrieve and was exceptionally quick to learn steady to wing/shot/fall. Natural honor. Truly gentle with children, small dogs and puppies. Amazing off switch, spends 8 hours/day with his owner in a work office environment.
Zeke has earned his NAVHDA Natural Ability 112 Prize 1, Utility 201 Prize I and 2025 NAVHDA Invitational 189. AKC Master Hunter in only 8 braces over a 6 month timeframe. Owner trained and handled.
Bailee is just another one of our stylish, do anything females that we have raised and hunted behind. Her outstanding performance on pheasant, quail, and waterfowl has proven to us that she will produce amazing offspring. She excels at them all as well as being a sweetheart and loving family member in the house!! This is Bailees first litter. She has been hunted while carrying these pups.
$1200 ($400 deposit to reserve pick/$800 when ready for Homes in March). Will be hunting next fall!
