This should be a powerful breeding between these dogs. The sire, Preacher, is a big ranging south Texas Quail dog. He has good heat tolerance, and is a tough dog and can go all day. Very biddable, natural retrieve, very strong pointing instinct. The dam, Rosa, is a closer working dog, but she is very methodical and finds birds that faster dogs miss. She also has a natural retrieve and a lot of drive and at home she is very calm and well mannered and a good couch companion. The litter will be registered with the United kennel club (FDSB). |
