We are extremely excited about this upcoming breeding!
Brooks is the total package. He has natural ability, desire, intensity, and the kind of off switch that allows him to come home from a long hunt and relax on the couch. Brooks is an AKC Master Hunter (MH) and was successfully handled by a junior handler.
Tilly is one of our favorite dogs we have ever produced. She has an incredibly loving personality and exceptional house manners — a combination that is hard to find. But when she hits the field, she flips the switch. Tilly naturally points, honors, and retrieves, and she has proven herself as a versatile hunting companion. She earned her AKC Junior Hunter (JH) title and was also handled by a junior handler.
If you’re looking for a pup with the natural ability to point, honor and retrieve — along with the temperament to be a great house dog after a long day in the field — give us a call.

The best way to describe Thor is intense. He has a relentless drive for birds and retrieving that he inherited from his father, INT CH Sharp Shooter's Man In Black MH. His work ethic is fantastic and he lives for doing something whether that is hunting upland birds, sitting in a blind and retrieving ducks or playing fetch in the back yard. His points are naturally staunch and stylish like his mother, Pro Shot Miss Molly MH CGC. He has a lovable side also which makes him a great family companion. Thor is an International Show Champion with IABCA and a Canine Good Citizen with AKC. He is also working on his Master Hunter title. Thor's hips are Pennhip certified LH.42 and RH.42
Honey is one of the best wild bird hunters we have in the kennel. She is quick and snappy in the field and she consistently finds more birds than any other dog we put on the ground. 0 0 0 0 0Due to a buyer backing out we have a 11 month old started male available for purchase right now.
River was intended to go down to Mississippi as a duck dog but family obligations and a change of job is keeping his owner from getting a great dog this fall.
River is an intense dog. He is a very loving and easy going dog but he is all business in the field. Currently he is a steady to flush and is a nice retriever. He is e collar conditioned and knows and responds to the following commands: here, heel, whoa and sit. He points with a 12 oclock tail and more style than most dogs dream about.
He has also spent a good amount of time in the water. He will sit and stay until release and has a strong water entry. Would make a great versatile dog that someone can shoot some ducks for him in the morning and a limit of roosters in the afternoon.
His pedigree is stacked with Master Hunters and River has all the brains and good looks to pursue that title if someone wished to continue his training.
Feel free to call me at 319-331-4658 and we can discuss more of what River brings to the table.

INT CH Pro Shot Queen Bee MH CGC is everything we were hoping for when we planned her breeding. She was born pointing, retrieving, and honoring. She seemed to be a natural when it came to training and that helped us finish her Master Hunter title by 14 months old. Her trainable and obedient nature made it incredibly easy for her and she also finished her Canine Good Citizen title with AKC. Last spring we entered her in some IABCA shows where she earned her International Show Championship. She is the complete package: beauty and ability. Most importantly she is my go to hunting dog on wild birds. She has been hunted in Montana, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Iowa and has excelled in every situation I put her in. Great dog to take hunting and an even better dog to take in the house after the hunt is over. Bee has the light switch and loves to come in the house and curl up on the couch after the day is done. Very loving and social dog that feels at home relaxing with the family. Bee is Pennhip LH .37 RH .46
CH Sharp Shooter's I'll Make You Famous UTI is something special. He swam like a seasoned duck dog his first time at the water and promptly retrieved the bird to hand. He was a very determined and mature young dog. This led to a NAVHDA Utility Prize 1 and an AKC Show Championship all before his 3rd birthday. Billy will be running in the NAVHDA Invitational next year and we expect great things from him. Billy is a beautiful dog on point and you can count on the fact if he is locked up, there is a bird there. The only thing you need to concentrate on when hunting with Billy is your shooting. He will find and show you the birds, and after the shot he will promptly retrieve every bird to hand!!! Billy is Pennhip LH .27 RH .28
These puppies will be the total package: natural pointing, honoring, retrieving, and excellent conformation. They will excel in the duck blind, upland fields, and also be able to flip the switch and be a fantastic family companion when the hunt is over. Pups come with prepaid full AKC and NAVHDA registration, full health guarantee, and a monthly training discount. In the litter's first four generation pedigree EVERY dog is a MH, UTI, or a Versatile Champion. If you want a pup that was selectively bred from proven parents for generations, feel free to call me at 319-331-4658. You can also email us at info@proshotgundogs.com for more information.
Pups are located in New Albin, Iowa.

INT CH Pro Shot Queen Bee MH CGC
From the get-go Billy has stunned us with his abilities. He swam flat as a beaver the first time he entered the pond at ten weeks, has always retrieved to hand, pointed with insane intensity and took to new cover types like he was born a "Big Dog." While every now and then he can be rambunctious and play like puppies do, he is the most focused and mature young dog we've ever had...and that's no BS!
Billy conformation is excellent and he is already an AKC Show Champion. He also is a NAVHDA Utility Prize 1 and will be running this year in the invitational as well as working on his Master Hunter title. His intense water work, impeccable conformation, and loveable personality is exactly what we were looking for when we were choosing a stud for Bee.
Bee is a pup I kept from Zoey's first litter. She was practically born pointing and her early maturing attitude had me killing birds over her points at 4 months old. She inherited her mother's prey drive and her father's trainable nature which makes her a fun dog to take to the field. She has an extremely good work ethic and willingness to please. Training with Bee is a breeze and she completes everything I ask of her with style and intensity.
Bee's natural instincts for pointing, honoring and retrieving come from generations of selective breeding. Every dog in her 3 generation pedigree is a Master Hunter and she continued the trend by earning her Master Hunter title at 14 months old. She also is a great family companion and earned the Canine Good Citizen title with AKC. Bee is the total package and that includes conformation. After her field and obedience titles, she went into the show ring and finished her International Show Championship.
This litter will produce early maturing, water loving pups with excellent conformation. Billy and Bee are both pennhip certified for hips and every pups comes with AKC and NAVHDA full registration, a full health guarantee, and a monthly training discount. Don't miss out on a pup from proven parents!!!

0 0 0 0 0Sig is a 10 month old female GSP and is coming along fantastic in her training. Currently she is pointing steady to flush. Works a close to medium range with a snappy effort on the ground. We are killing birds for her with the 12 gauge and she is retrieving shot birds within 1 ft of me naturally. She knows the basic commands: here, heel, and whoa. She is a fantastic little dog that is ready to go hunting today. Best part of her is her personality in the house. Fantastic dog that was raised in the house since a puppy. Very calm and collected in the house and loves to curl up and sleep with you in bed at night. If you are looking for a fantastic hunting and home companion that does not take up much space or eat much food, Sig is the dog for you. Email or call me for more information

She has 2 passes on her Senior Hunter title and she has finished her Canine Good Citizen title with AKC. She would do best with someone that wants a close ranging pheasant hunter that loves to retrieve. Shadow is also intact and has never been bred. 0 0 0 0 0VC Shooting Starr's Gen. Milo MH X Willow Creeks Zoom Zoom Zoey MH
This litter is planned for this winter and pups will go home this spring. This litter is bred to produce stylish foot hunting gundogs with superior ground speed and prey drive. This breeding should also produce a true versatile gundogs that you can take duck hunting in the morning and shoot roosters in the afternoon.
Milo is a NAVHDA Versatile Champion and a Master Hunter. He achieved both of these titles with a rookie trainer and handler. His trainability and willingness to please is extremely high and he is a natural in the areas of pointing, retrieving and honoring. Along with being a great NAVHDA and hunt test dog, Milo has proven himself year after year in the wild bird fields. He has hunted everything from ducks, pheasants, quail, and grouse all over the nation. His hips are OFA Excellent and he is a proven producer of excellent bird dogs.
Zoey is all business in the field. She is extremely quick and snappy in the field and has a no quit attitude. She is an AKC Master Hunter. She is a true light switch dog and after a day of hunting a single command will send her to her pillow and she will relax in the house all night. She is OFA Excellent and is extensively hunted on ducks, quail, pheasants, and grouse across the midwest each year. Zoey is a birdfinder plain and simple. When other dogs wither and fatigue, Zoey seems to have an extra gear to finish the hunt strong. Zoeys first litter produced excellent birddogs that were pointing and retrieving shot birds to hand by 4 months old. I kept a female and she is an excellent bird dog and will be entering Master Hunter tests this spring.
This breeding combines many years of selective breeding of NAVHDA and AKC titled gundogs. Pups should be early maturing dogs with high prey drive and water drive. Each puppy is sold with full registration and comes with a health guarantee. Call or email for more information about the parents and the strengths and weaknesses of each dog.

We were hunting and killing wild pheasants over his points at 5 months old. His basic obedience is done and he has already passed the Canine Good Citizen test with the AKC. He is ready to go home and make a fantastic versatile hunting companion.

She has been raised in the house since 7 weeks old and I want her to go to a family home because she is a loving and wonderful house companion. I travel during the week and she sleeps in bed with my wife when I am gone. Along with being a fantastic companion she is also a phenomenal hunter. She has been hunted on wild pheasants and does extremely well. Ranges close and listens great. No need for an e collar for her. She is also spayed so there is no worries about having unwanted litters with her. She is completely whoa broke, heel, sit and force broke. She will retrieve every bird and bring it back to your left side and sit down until you tell her to drop it and then she will drop it in your hand. She is truly a great hunter and companion and needs to go somewhere where she can be a companion along with a hunter. Email me for more pictures and for a pedigree if you are interested.
Thanks
Jason
