My ad expired, how do I list the same ad again?

Posted 08/14/2019

Once your ad expires, you can re-list this exact same ad with just a few clicks. To do so, log into your Gundog Central account. This will take you to the Account Details page. From there, scroll down to the SHORTCUTS section. The SHORTUCTS are a bunch of orange buttons located at the bottom of the page. Find the one that says MANAGE DOG ADS and click on it. A page will load with all your dog ads listed on it.

Beside each ad will be it's current status, when it expires, how many times it's been seen, along with several links that let you control your ad. If your ad is expired, one of the links should say "Renew this Ad". Clicking "Renew this Ad", will load the a page with the form already populated with your information. Review the form and once all the information is correct, just click the RENEW CLASSIFIED button at the bottom of the page to relist it.

Karl, a German shorthaired pointer, zig zagged his way through the humid, early season corn maze. These South Dakota stalks stood tall, taller than even an NBA center, and if a bird flushed up it’d make for tricky shooting. To harvest a bird over a point, Karl’s owner knew he’d need to get out to the edge. When there was an opening he headed west, and stopped where the last row of stalks met the winter rye.

Tip #1 - Dont post all your ads at the once, spread them out over time.

This is one biggest mistake I see people repeatedly making on the site. I'm all for you posting every single one of your dogs and puppies on Gundog Central, I just think it's a bad idea to dump them all on the site at the exact same time. I see people who have a litter of puppies they want to sell, so they'll post one ad for each puppy ... all on the same day. Great idea, right? It increases your exposure, lets everyone see the different puppies you have and kind of monopolies the front page with just your dogs. Wrong, not only is it poor online etiquette, because it forces a massive amount of other people's classifieds way down the page, but it's just poor, lazy marketing.
