I created this pedigree system as a community project. Together we can build one of the best pedigree research tools on the internet. As a community project, I've given you the ability to share your pedigrees with others. You'll have to ability to lock your pedigree to prevent edits, but you'll also have to ability to allow edits. Maybe you don't know the whole pedigree, allowing edits, allows other people to complete your pedigree for you or correct spellings.
Your pedigree will have a dedicated page that you can linked to from your our website. It will also create a PDF of any pedigree in the system that you can print out and hand to your customers.

How to create a pedigree
I've spent a great deal of time writing this pedigree system and I hope it becomes a valuable tool to research pedigrees. Some of you may remember on the old site, that the classifieds and pedigrees were one and the same. With this version of the site, the classifieds and the pedigrees are two separate things, but your classifieds can still be linked to any pedigree you create. This should save you a great deal of time when creating your ads. If you have several puppies from a litter, there's no need to enter a separate pedigree for each different ad, just enter your pedigree once and reuse it over and over.
How to add pedigree to your dog ad
This article will detail how to add a pedigree to your classified ad after it's BEEN created. Once your ad is in our system, you should be taken to the MY CLASSIFIEDS page, If you're not on the MY CLASSIFIED page, you can go to the menu and click on ACCOUNT, then find the link that says MANAGE YOUR EXISTING ADS. This page should have a list of all your ads currently in the system. Beside ( or under, if your on mobile ) each ad should be several links, look for the one that says UPDATE PEDIGREE. Once that page loads, just fill out the form as best you can and submit the page.
Updated Pedigree Tools
We've updated our pedigree tools again. You can now rapidly prototype any pedigree from our pedigree database. This allow you to quickly see what a pedigree might look like up to 8 generations back.
