This young male is out of a litter that I raised 2 years ago. He is being sold at a puppy price. I sold this dog as a pup to a friend of mine as a pet for his teen daughters. The girls are growing up and have lost interest in the dog. He has been handled and loved on a lot. He will sit and lay down on command but has no field experience at all. Never been ran in the woods or exposed to birds or gunfire. I am taking the dog back but I am also expecting another litter very soon and don’t have kennel space to keep him long term. I kept a male littermate to this dog who looks very much like this dog and he is making a very good bird dog. He hunts hard, handles very good. As a first year dog he ran much bigger than he did this past season. But I would expect this dog to be very similar to the one I kept if given a chance.
