PR Wells Knob Max is a little over 2 years old (60lbs) and shaping up to become the best dog I’ve had! He’s the grandson of the famous Ponderosa Mac and wild Atlantic Way! He spent a few months in North Carolina training on Quail before I bought him. Since then, I have worked him on pigeons and obedience continuously, and have hunted him up in the sandhills of Nebraska on grouse where he did phenomenal. I will be traveling part of the nation, this fall and winter hunting with him, as well as guiding Hunt’s here in Kansas on pheasant and quail. He’s a very sweet and well mannered Dog, who lives in the house and bids very well to commands. He ranges from between 50 and 200 yards and works very cautiously compared to other dogs I’ve had.
