Dam is Reeds Northwin Holly, a daughter of CH Clarys Tomoka Trouble Cody, and a granddaughter of 3xCH/ 1xRUCH Ridge Creek Cody. Holly is the best grouse dog we have ever had - great nose, strong drive, hard hunter -- oblivious to thorns, brush, and downed trees. She will go anywhere to find that bird! Holly is a real sweetheart, people-oriented, and has a great personality.
They are being raised in our home with TLC. They have the potential to be excellent bird-dogs, as well as wonderful family dogs.
The litter is FDSB registered. Our veterinarian removed this puppys dewclaws at 4-days; dewormed him at 4-weeks, 6-weeks and 9-weeks; vaccinated him at 6-weeks and 9-weeks; did a health check at 6-weeks; and started him on heartworm, flea and tick prevention at 9-weeks.
Our experience with Esther and her beautiful property was 10/5 stars! We met through an online search, and the moment I saw her page I fell in love! I came across a sweet, beautiful little puppy, and I knew he was mine!
She was super quick to respond and thorough in her communication. We arranged to come to the property and meet her and the puppies, along with their momma! What a stunning Setter! The property was well maintained, with so, so much space for the pups to run!
We brought our little man home that day! His name is Jaxon.
Most of all, I really appreciate the relationship we have grown since that very day. We have received photos and texts, and even a Christmas Card with all of the puppies and momma! We are not only customers, but we consider them friends and family!
If/when we decide to add another puppy child to our family, we will 100% be returning to Sweetbrier!!!
This breed is not only excellent to hunt, but fantastic with kids and families!!!!
