Red is the third GSP of his line that I have had the pleasure of owning. His grandfather was an incredible dog of German championship bloodlines and the best pointer Ive hunted with. Red has great bloodlines from both the sire and dam. I owned his uncle and he was nothing short of spectacular.
Working with this line for three generations now, I can say Red has the best retrieving instinct out of any of my dogs and makes a fantastic companion for waterfowl and upland hunting alike. He is excellent in the field and a fantastic family member in our home. He is remarkably intelligent and easy to train.
In terms of his appearance he is undoubtedly the most unique and beautiful shorthair we have had. His coat is pure roan and without patches, which Ive noticed to be rare among the breed.
