In tact male AKC registered 7 month old German Wirehaired Pointer. This dogs stature is incredible, and he is going to turn heads when he is older. He’s going to be a mid ranging dog. He has a very independent search for being so young. As a puppy he was barreling through the toolies with confidence. Has natural backing and honors great. Has a great Wirehair coat with around 1 1/2-2 inch long hair. Has been on and pointed several wild birds already in the field. I’ve only had this dog for two weeks to put some training into him before selling I got him steady to wing. He is such an easy dog to train, and is eager to work for you. He doesn’t have a single mean bone in his body. He’s great with other dogs and humans, and one thing I love is that he is always under control of himself. He has a natural retrieve and brings it right to hand. This dog barrels into the water. One of the strongest swimming pups I have seen. Has great recall with e-collar and without the e-collar. Has general obedience with clicker training, and has a good understanding vibrate means whoa and tone means recall. He has lots of prey drive, and will hunt very hard. This dog is going to be quite the bird dog if sent to the right home. This dog also came from a very good breeding. This dog has a ton of potential whether you’re looking for a serious wild-bird dog or a dog capable of competing on the field-trial circuit.
