My ad doesnt display my phone number or address, how do I fix it?

Log into your account. This will automatically take you to the ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page to the SHORTCUTS section. Find the SHORTCUTS labeled UPDATE PRIVACY and click on it.
Your privacy settings can be changed to something other then the default settings. Once the privacy page loads, you'll be given options to hide or show your email address, street address and phone number.
