BUT she only got puppy papers and I didnt realize it until this year when I started thinking about breeding this dog. He us 8. Can I still register him?

However, after the pup is more 1 year old the registration fee doubles. In the FDSB, if its a Llewellin breed, you will have to have it DNA verified as well before Breeding.
